About Us

Engineering innovative ideas into meaningful products.

Ankidee is a product development company based in Portland, Oregon, dedicated to transforming innovative ideas into practical products through sound engineering. We are passionate about identifying everyday challenges and developing thoughtful solutions that make a difference.

Ankidee was founded by me and my wife following a life-changing traumatic brain injury that prevented her from returning to her career. Faced with the challenge of building a new future, we decided to pursue a dream I had long held: creating a company centered on innovation and product development.

We're proud to call Portland home. The creativity, craftsmanship, and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest continue to inspire our work and our approach to innovation.

My wife has also shared our journey in a book that chronicles her accident, recovery, and the story of how Ankidee was born from one of life's greatest challenges.
